現在、私はオリジナル作品とコミッション制作に注力しているため、ショップではプリントの販売は行っておりません。
ただし、需要が大きければ、再販する際にはSNSでいち早くお知らせいたします！

なお、在庫はなく受注生産のみとなります。
外部業者に印刷を依頼するため、発送までに1～3週間ほどお時間をいただきますが、できる限り早くお届けできるよう努めます！

Yes and No! Currently I don't offer prints in my shop as I am focusing on original artwork and commissions at the moment.
However, if the demand is big enough I will update you asap on my social media channels when they are back. 
BUT, since I have no prints in stock, I only do this ON DEMAND.
As I have to outsource the printing, the process takes 1-3 weeks days. But I do my very best to send it to you as fast as I can.

はい、私は世界中に絵画を発送しています。お届けまでの間、追跡番号をお知らせしますので、配送状況をご確認いただけます。
発送準備には5営業日ほどお時間をいただきますが、待つ価値は100％あります！

すべての作品は Jenna's Fine Art を通じて発送いたします。
オリジナル作品は EMS（国際スピード郵便） にてご自宅まで直接お届けいたします。
また、作品はスタジオのサービスとして 無料で全額補償付き で発送されますので、ご安心ください。

Yes, I regularly ship paintings all over the world and will provide its tracking number so that you can track your parcel as it makes it way to you.
Please allow 5 business days for Jenna to prepare for delivery. It will be 100% worth the wait!
All shipments are sent via Jenna's Fine Art. All ORIGINALS are delivered directly to your door via Express Mail Service (EMS).
Your painting will be fully insured for shipment free of charge, complimentary of the studio.
For PRINTS shipping costs are NOT included and will be charged on top.
Furthermore, in very rare cases there is always a small chance that the package gets stuck in customs (sometimes up to 6 weeks).
This is totally out of my control. Any taxes or duties are at the expense of the purchaser. 

作品はどのように発送されますか？
オリジナル作品:

すべてのアート作品は水濡れから守るためにシュリンクラップされ、十分にパッドで保護され、ぴったりとした頑丈な段ボール箱に送られます。ほとんどの注文はEMSを通じて発送され、国内のほとんどのパッケージは発送から2～4日以内に届きます。

プリント:

すべてのプリントは最大限の注意を払って取り扱われ、紙またはプラスチックのスリーブに包装されます。プリントのサイズによって、平らな封筒または巻いたチューブでお届けすることがあります。どちらも安全で確実な輸送方法です。

Originals: 

All artwork is shrink-wrapped to protect from water, padded well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.Most orders will ship via EMS and most domestic packages arrive within 2-4 days from the time of shipping.

Prints:  

All prints are handled with the utmost care; packaged in paper or plastic sleeves. Depending on the size print, you may receive your print in either a flat envelope or rolled tube. Both are safe and secure ways to transport your print.

認証書はもらえますか？
作品の価値が時間とともに上昇することを保護するため、オリジナル作品および限定版は認証書付きでお届けします。オープンエディションのプリントには認証書は付属しません。

To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Open edition prints will not come with a certificate of authenticity.

スタジオは日本の東京で運営されており、国際的に購入された製品に関する輸入手数料については一切責任を負いません。
これには、カスタム作品の注文、オリジナル作品、製品が含まれますが、これに限りません。

輸出時には、商品は小売価格で申告され、いかなる状況でも書類を偽造することはありません。

The studio is operated in Tokyo, Japan and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased internationally.
This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and products.

Items are declared at retail value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

実際にアートワークの所有者は誰ですか？

私は作成したすべてのアートワークの権利を保持します。

アートワークの権利は購入後も含め、Jenna Roehrsの単独の所有物となります。これにはオリジナル作品、委託作品、プリント、現在または将来のいかなる種類の複製も含まれます。オリジナル作品やその他のアイテムの購入は、お客様にNFTとして発行する権利や、いかなる形であれ印刷・配布・複製して利益を得る権利を与えるものではありません。

コレクターは、自宅やビジネスでアートワークを展示する権利を有しますが、アーティストの明示的な書面による許可なしに、アートワークを複製することはできません。購入したアイテムの画像をソーシャルメディアに投稿することは歓迎されており、この条項に違反することはありません。ただし、クレジットをお願いします:)

I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK I CREATE.

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Jenna Roehrs including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Collectors have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause. I only ask for credit :)
